How long does it take to get the site ready?
From receiving all materials (text, photos, event details) to the first online draft: 3-5 working days. Unlimited revisions until final approval.
Do guests need to download an app for the Party App?
Not at all. Guests scan the QR code with their phone camera and access it directly from the browser. No downloads, no sign-ups.
Can I edit the site after launch?
Yes. You can request changes at any time during the active period. Standard edits (text, photos, dates) are free of charge.
What happens to the photos after the event?
Ten days after the party we send you a message: the link to your private album is ready, protected by a PIN, with all the photos and videos in high quality. The album stays online for 3 months with Premium & Live and 1 month with the standalone Party App or Christening + Party App (you can extend it anytime): one week before it expires, we remind you to download it.
How does payment work?
A single payment upon confirmation, by bank transfer or card. No subscription, no hidden costs. The site stays active for the full duration of your package.
How much does a digital wedding invitation cost?
Wedding packages start at €149 for The Complete (with RSVP, couple’s area and all essential features) up to €199 for Premium & Live (with integrated Party App). A fully Bespoke service is also available for couples seeking a completely personalised design.
Can I use a digital invitation for a christening or confirmation?
Yes, the same package applies to christenings, confirmations and first communions. The base price is €49 and includes animated opening, personalised design, location map and automatic RSVP.
How does the Party App work during the event?
Guests scan a QR code with their phone camera. The photos they take are uploaded in real time and appear on screen during the party. Guests can upload for up to 10 days after the party; then you receive the link to your private album with all the photos in high resolution. It’s also available on its own (€59) for any event.
Are digital invitations suitable for less tech-savvy relatives?
Yes. The invitation opens directly from the link on WhatsApp or email, with no need to download an app or sign up. Just a few taps to see all the details and confirm attendance.
